2. Use of Service

MockMind is an AI-powered mock interview practice platform. You may use it for personal interview preparation only. You may not use it for commercial purposes, resell access, or attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems.

3. Free & Paid Plans

Free users receive 3 mock interviews at no cost. Paid plans (Starter ₹99, Pro ₹199, Premium ₹399) provide additional interviews and features. All paid plans are one-time purchases — not subscriptions. Interview credits are non-transferable.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. MockMind is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MockMind — including the AI interview system, question banks, feedback engine, and interface — is owned by MockMind. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MockMind is a practice tool and does not guarantee interview success or job placement. We are not liable for any employment decisions made by third parties. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

7. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for information about refunds on paid plans.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MockMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
