Our Refund Commitment

At MockMind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your paid plan, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase AND you have used fewer than 3 interviews from your paid pack. Refund requests after 7 days or after using 3+ interviews from the pack will not be eligible.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at supportmockmind@gmail.com with your registered email address, order details, and reason for refund. We will process your request within 3-5 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if more than 7 days have passed since purchase, if you have used 3 or more interviews from the pack, or if the account shows signs of abuse or policy violations.

Free Plan

The free plan requires no payment and therefore has no refund applicable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The amount may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
